With us you always get free shipping no matter the size of your order. Of course, you can also return and exchange your products by mailing support@choptics.de.

Delivery in 2-5 days

All orders submitted weekdays before 13:00 are shipped the same day. Delivery time is 2-5 days, but normally you should your order be delivered already the next weekday. (For internationally orders delivery time is approximately 4-6 days)
If the package and / or the contents in it is damaged when you receive it, report it immediately to the service point or e-mail us at support@choptics.de.
Should your order not be sent in time, because of errors, we will contact you and you have the right to cancel your purchase.

 

Notification via SMS and E-mail

When your order is sent from us, you get a delivery mail with tracking number. This you can use to search for your package on PostNord.se (in Sweden or International) or DHL (International). The package can also be delivered directly in your mailbox if the size fits. (Tracking number is only implemented in international orders and selected countries depending on the shipping company and your country)
The same day the package has arrived at the servicepoint you will be notified by SMS, telephone and/or e-mail.

NOTE! You always need to identify yourself by picking up the package

Transport damage

If the package and / or the contents in it is damaged when you receive it, report it immediately to the servicepoint or e-mail support@choptics.de.

Unclaimed goods

For all packages that are not picked up within 14 days, Choptics will charge the customer a fee of 300 SEK. The fee corresponds to the actual cost of return shipping, handling fee and handling combined. Payment terms are 30 days. If laye payment occour there will be a reminder fee (amount allowed by law is presently 50 SEK) and interest, and collection costs. If you change your mind when the package was sent from us, you must pick up the package at your servicecenter and send it back to us with a customer return or contacting us and telling that you are not able to pick up the package. If the package is not picked up, it will be automatically registered as unclaimed and charged accordingly.
